The College Foundation
Established in 1982, the College at Oneonta Foundation raises, receives,
and manages gifts and grants from alumni, parents, friends, faculty,
staff, foundations, and corporations. It is governed by a volunteer
Board of Directors with an Executive Director as the Chief Advancement
Officer of the College. The principal in the Foundation has grown to
$28 million, providing financial support for scholarships, academic
programs, faculty development, student research, and a wide range of
other College activities. Gifts are made to the College Foundation on
an annual basis and through estate planning. The Changing Lives Since
1889 Campaign successfully raised over $11.5 million for endowment,
scholarships, campus programs and the Milne Library. Information about
the College at Oneonta Foundation is available from the Office of College
Advancement, 308 Netzer Administration Building, (607) 436-2535.
