If you are graduating in May, August, or December 2012 and are interested in being recognized at the Lavender Graduation Recognition Ceremony and receiving rainbow honor cords and a certificate please fill out this form.

You can download the form here and email to GSRC@oneonta.edu or deliver it to Hunt Union 219. You may also nominate a senior to win an award by downloading this nomination form.
