EOP Alumni Highlights

After serving as an Oneonta EOP summer orientation staff member, Leandro was hired as an Assistant Director of Student Services at Eugene Lang College, and later worked at the New School University.  There he was promoted to become the first Coordinator of University Student Life due to his outstanding performance. Eventually moving on, Leandro started his new career at Sensación.  There his marketing and advertising experience ranged from promotional events to specialty publishing that targeted US Latino males for major national campaigns. During the 2002 World Cup, Leandro and his team launched the largest and most successful national Latino sports title, Fútbol Mundial magazine. For the next phase of his career, Leandro accepted a position in the newly created International division at Gap Inc.  Now, in 2008, he was transferred to an expatriate position for Gap Japan KK, the Japanese division of Gap Inc., as the Production Manager. Leandro also is actively involved with alumni activities, and was elected to the EOP Alumni Steering Committee in 2007.
