Why I became an ATM~ To help other people with their academic concerns and to get to know new people. It is great to see the excitement that people show when they finally understand something and you know that you make a difference.
How being an ATM has influenced me~I love seeing the difference that one person can make and seeing the influence that I have with my residents. I now realize that what I do and say does matter and that people do look up to me as a leader on the campus.
