Meet our tour guides

Come visit! We encourage you to tour SUNY Oneonta any time. We offer informal group sessions for prospective applicants and their families, led by an admissions tour guide. If you have questions about academic programs, undergraduate life, the application process, or financial aid, you might want to make time for an information session with one of our Admission Counselors. Information sessions for prospective applicants start at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and last approximately 60-75 minutes.

I chose SUNY Oneonta because: I chose Oneonta because the moment I visited the college I knew it was the best fit for me. I instantly felt comfortable because I did not feel like a visitor, I felt like a student.  As an incoming freshman one of the many challenges I had to face was transitioning from living at home to on my own, but with the help of Oneonta’s faculty and college environment my move was easy. I also chose Oneonta because of the small class size, education, professors, tuition, residential life, clubs and activities, close to home (for me personally), and the positive feedback I received from graduating and upperclassmen students from Oneonta.
