Educational Opportunity Program:
On SUNY campuses throughout the state you will find Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) serving thousands of students. EOP is designed to admit students who do not meet the traditional standards for admissions but possess the desire, potential and talent to earn a college degree. Students admitted through the EOP must demonstrate both financial and academic disadvantages.

External Credit:
We have on our website extensive information on our Articulation Agreements with many two year SUNY institutions as well as Course Equivalency information for most schools in the SUNY system. For high school students taking College level work this may help in determining which classes will receive credit at Oneonta. An official transcript from the credit-granting college must be provided. Please make sure to consult an advisor at the College at Oneonta's Admissions Office with any questions concerning these agreements.
Advanced Placement (AP) test scores of 3 or better are accepted. Official AP transcripts are required. You may call 800-CALL-4-AP to request your AP transcript.

Group Visits:
Group visits are offered when classes are in session. These sessions typically consist of a campus tour and admissions presentation. We will do our best to accommodate the needs of all individual groups. Groups must register at least 3 weeks in advance by contacting Christine Dimon at dimonca@oneonta.edu or call 607-436-2749. For an individual visit please call 800-SUNY-123 or go to our visit page to register online.

High School and College Visits: We also travel year round to different high schools, Colleges, and different fairs throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Check our travel schedule to see if we are near you.

Docufide:
We now accept transcripts electronically through a company called Docufide. It is a secure and direct option for high school counselors to send transcripts to our College electronically without the hassle of using paper and mailing envelopes. As a counselor, you will receive confirmed delivery on all transcripts sent. Interested schools should contact Docufide directly to set up an account. www.docufide.com
