Eileen McClafferty has 18 years' experience in college student development.  Prior to her appointment as Director of Academic Advisement, she served the College as Associate Registrar, Residence Life Area Coordinator, and a Residence Hall Director.  Eileen is also an adjunct professor for the College's English Department.    She holds a Master in Public Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame.

Karen Brown earned her B. S degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta and an M.A degree in higher education administration from New York University.  She has been involved in admissions work since 1988.  Karen joined the professional staff at the College in 1992.  Currently the Director of Admissions, she is involved in a variety of committees on campus and in professional associations.

Tracey Ranieri joined the College in 1991 and served 16 years as Head Women’s Soccer Coach. Prior to her appointment as Athletic Director, she has served as the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Women’s. She has also served as the President of the SUNYAC Conference. In 2004, Tracey received the prestigious SUNY Chancellor’s Award for excellence in professional service and in 2003, was selected by NSCAA as the Div. III national coach of the year. She is a graduate of the NCAA Fellows Leadership Development Program, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in exercise physiology from Ithaca College, a Master’s in cardiac rehabilitation from East Stroudsburg and a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from Binghamton.

Dr. Mark Rice has served the College at Oneonta since 2000. He initially joined the staff as Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor.  Prior to coming to Oneonta,  he worked in a variety of mental health settings including college counseling center, outpatient substance abuse, community mental health and private practice.  He holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and an M.A. in psychology from Duquesne University.  He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Ohio State University, and earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia.  He is a licensed psychologist in the state of New York.

Mrs. Lynda D. Bassette has been a professional in higher education since 1988 and began with the College at Oneonta in 1997 as an Educational Opportunity Program Counselor. She was appointed Director of Special Programs in 2001 and chair of the President's Council on Diversity in 2003. Lynda is a charter advisor to the Beta Eta Chapter of the National Honor  Society  Chi Alpha Epsilon. She holds an M.A. in English from the SUNY University Center at Albany and a BA in Secondary Education - English from Hartwick College.

Bill Goodhue has been the Financial Aid Director at SUNY Oneonta since 1996. Bill was previously the Director of Financial Aid at Hudson Valley Community College. He holds an MBA from Sage Graduate School and a B.S. in Biology from Syracuse University.

Monica Grau has been involved in college student development since 1990, and started at the College at Oneonta in 1994. Prior to her appointment as the Coordinator of First Year Programs, she served the College in the areas of Residence Life and Academic Advisement and Orientation .   She has an MS in Higher Education from New York University and a BS in Psychology from the College at Oneonta.

Ricky O’Donnell has served the College at Oneonta since 1996 as Director of Student Health Services.  Prior to working at Oneonta she worked at Hartwick College as Director of Nursing Recruitment and clinical evaluator and at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in a variety of nursing leadership positions.  Ricky holds a masters of science in nursing with a focus in Adult Nurse Practitioner from Syracuse University and a bachelors of science in Nursing from Hartwick College.  She is licensed as a registered professional nurse and adult nurse practitioner in New York State.

Robb Thibault came to Oneonta in July 2001 to serve as the Director of Hunt College Union.  The following programs and services report to him: Campus Activities, Greek Life, Leadership Development, and Hunt Union Reservations.  He also chairs the Keepin' It Civil and Personal Safety committees and directs the college’s poetry slam program.

Robb has seventeen years of experience in higher education and has previously worked at the University of Michigan, North Dakota State University, Green Mountain College, and Indiana State University.

Robb earned his bachelor’s degree in history and political science at Western Michigan University and his master’s degree in human resource development at Indiana State University.

Craig Levins has served as Coordinator of Student Disability Services since 1998.  Prior to his appointment with the college he worked in the human services field in a variety of capacities within Albany County. He holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University, a B.A. in psychology from Elmira College, and is currently pursuing a M.A. in Social Policy with a concentration in Higher Education from Empire State College.

Ms. Capristo began her higher education career at Oneonta in 1974 and has been Student Development Associate since 1988. She currently provides leadership to the Center for Multicultural Experiences and supervises Student Disability Services, as well as serving as the director of the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) campus team. She currently serves on the Alcohol and Other Drug Committee, the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee, and the Campus-Community Alcohol Abuse Prevention Coalition.
 
She received her bachelors degree in social work from Syracuse University and a masters degree in counseling from SUNY Oneonta.

Patricia Hanley came to the college in 2001 when it was awarded the College Assistance Migrant Program (C.A.M.P.) grant by the U.S. Department of Education. She brings over 13 years experience working with students from migrant and farm working families to the college.  She has worked with children , teens and young adults in private clinical practice, public schools and as a mental health consultant for local community service agencies and the Otsego County Head Start program. Mrs. Hanley holds a Master's of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a B.A. in business Management from the Union Institute.  She is both a licensed clinical and certified school social worker in the state of New York .
