An area native, Tim is a candidate for a master's degree in business policy studies and has an undergraduate degree in History. He has been the CECD Associate Director since 2005. Prior to that he was managing editor of a weekly newspaper
and coordinator for a non-profit coalition.

Barry P. Warren, Director Emeritus
Barry holds a Ph.D. in
Political Science and has completed the
Economic Development Institute for economic developers sponsored by the
American Economic Development Council. Barry directed the Center since
its founding in 1990 and now is the Associate Vice-President for Development in the SUNY Oneonta Division of College Advancement.
