Telephone Service Problems

Check that you are plugged into the proper port.
To find the active telephone port in your room:

Check service with another telephone.

Contact Telecommunications to report the problem.
If reporting your problem via e-mail, please provide the following
information:
Cable TV Service Problems

If you have no signal:
- Check all your connections.
- Try a different coaxial cable between the Cable TV service port
and your TV.
- Try a different TV.

If you only have channels 2 through 13:

Contact Telecommunications to report the problem.
