The Comprehensive Student Fee consists of the following for a Full-Time student (12+ credits):

  • College Fee ($12.50)- a mandatory fee required for all SUNY campuses.
  • Intercollegiate Athletic Fee ($206.50)- supports men's and woman's sports and athletic facilities, some of which are an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tracks, two fitness rooms, gymnasiums, soccer, baseball, softball fields and an all weather field which can be used by students. (undergrad only)
  • Student Activity Fee ($112.00)- supports Student Association sponsored campus activities which include but not limited to campus organizations, intramural athletics, concerts, lectures, movies, plays, campus newspaper, the radio station, "Red Dragon Safe Escorts", a portion of College Camp, scholarships, free legal advice and local bus service.   • Technology Fee ($211.00)- provides for continued improvement in computerized systems and services including email, multimedia classrooms, library system improvements, general access computing labs and remote network access.
  • Student Health Fee ($163.50)- allows access to the on-campus health center which provides care for illness and injuries, men's and women's health services, psychiatric counseling and health education along with other services. See more.
  • Transcript Fee ($5.00)- billed each semester and allows current and former students to order transcripts at no additional cost.
  • Transportation Fee ($7.50) - Supports student transportation services on-campus, within the City of Oneonta, and to other areas in Otsego County served by Oneonta Public Transit, including Cooperstown.

    Other Fees

    Alumni Fee ($10.00)- Payment of this fee is one of the criteria necessary to be considered for annual Alumni Association Scholarship opportunities.  The fee also supports student research, career networking opportunities, academic excellence programs, library acquisitions,  student-alumni connections grants, college traditions, and a variety of cultural, educational, and social programs that enhance our campus.
