SUNY Oneonta offers two payment alternatives for students and families who prefer not to pay in full on the semester due date. Note: This pertains to the calculated Amount Due on the initial semester bill, the out-of-pocket cost. Payment for deferred financial aid and other credits is not required by the initial due date.

Oneonta Installment Plan - 2 payments each semester

This plan is administered by SUNY Oneonta, Fall and Spring semesters balances are split into two payments each. The first payment for the fall semester is due on the initial date listed on the bill in August and the second payment is due in October. The first payment for the spring semester is due on the initial date listed on the bill in January and the second payment is due in March. There is a $22.50 fee for each semester this option is chosen. Failure to meet payment deadlines prohibits eligibility for future semesters.

Tuition Management Systems monthly payment plan

SUNY Oneonta has partnered with Tuition Management Systems to offer a convenient alternative to lump-sum payments - allowing you to  pay your tuition bill over 10 interest-free monthly installments.  Students can enroll for an annual 10-month plan for $55 or a term-based 5-month plan for $25. The plan amount is calculated by estimating out-of-pocket costs and dividing by the number of months on the plan.  The amount budgeted on the plan is then credited toward your bill.  To learn more and to enroll, visit Oneonta.afford.com.
