Alumni Fee
Complete the Optional Adjustment Worksheet on the bottom section of the bill.

Student Health Fee
Student teachers outside the Oneonta area, students studying abroad and Mohawk Valley Branch students are exempt from this fee. This exemption has already been factored into your charges if registration and student status were finalized at the time of billing. Interns outside the Oneonta area must contact Student Accounts for this exemption.

Student Activity Fee
Student teachers, interns, and commuter student living 25 miles or more from the College who opt not to utilize the Student Activity Card may request a refund by writing to the Student Association. Refunds are based on the date the written request is received and are prorated up to 20 days from the start of term. 20 days after the first day of class, no refunds are issued.

All other fees are mandatory.
