Requesting a Transcript

The Registrar's Office provides transcripts for all students who have taken coursework at the College at Oneonta.

ALL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING AND MUST CONTAIN YOUR SIGNATURE.

Mail your request with the following information:

1. Your Oneonta ID Number or Social Security Number.
2. Your dates of attendance at the College at Oneonta.
3. All name changes that you may have had.
4. The complete mailing address of each transcript recipient.
5. Your home address and telephone number.

Please be advised that we will be unable to process your request without your signature.

Fax your request with the following information:

1. Your Oneonta ID Number or Social Security Number.
2. Your dates of attendance at the College at Oneonta.
3. All name changes that you may have had.
4. The complete mailing address of each transcript recipient.
5. Your home address and telephone number.
6. Your signature. We will be unable to process your requests without your signature.
7. Requests for overnight shipping must be in the Registrar's Office by 3:00pm. The shipping company will bill you directly and will accept American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Please include the card number, the expiration date, and your name as it appears on the card.

The College at Oneonta does not fax transcripts.

Please be advised that if you have a financial obligation to the College we will be unable to process your request. Your request and payment will be returned to you. You will need to resubmit your request once your obligation has been resolved.
