DIRECTOR OF JUDICIAL AFFAIRS
(STAFF ASSOCIATE)

The SUNY College at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Director of Judicial Affairs. The director will coordinate the judicial program for students, including adjudication of cases, coordination of appeals hearings, and formation and training of the Standing Disciplinary Board. The director will also provide leadership on campus for compliance with laws, statutes, and recent case law, serve as a resource person for judicial issues, and participate in training of staff. The officer will also assist in the operations of the Student Development office. The College at Oneonta is a liberal arts college with a pre-professional focus. Qualifications Required: Master’s degree; four years of work experience in higher education.

Preferred: Experience with adjudication of student discipline cases; evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills; evidence of ability to take a balanced approach to the developmental needs of students in judicial actions.
