HMO Blue, MVP and CDPHP are local HMOs. Additionally, GHI is another HMO serving Delaware County. If you reside outside Otsego or Delaware County, you may be eligible to enroll in a different HMO serving your area. If interested contact Human Resources at 436-2509 for more information.
