| | Microsoft Outlook is a robust e-mail and calendaring application, that allows users to more effectively and efficiently manage their mail and calendar. Combined with our Campus Microsoft Exchange service, Outlook provides interoperable functionality to help you better organize your day. In this one-hour session, we'll introduce users to the e-mail and calendaring functions of Outlook, and then dive deeper into Contacts, Lists, Notes and Tasks. |

| Microsoft Outlook 2010 - Creating Contacts and Distribution Lists |
| | This one-hour session will provide instruction for participants on the creation of contacts and distribution lists in Microsoft Outlook.
Prerequisite: Basic computer (PC) skills such as using a mouse, navigating through windows, and surfing the internet, and some Microsoft Outlook experience will be helpful. |

| Microsoft Outlook 2010 - Inbox Organization and Archiving |
| | This one-hour session will provide suggestions to participants on how to efficiently manage their mail, and how to archive their mail in an organized fashion to allow for quick retrieval when messages are needed. We will also discuss the importance of logging out of Outlook when leaving for the day.
Prerequisite: Basic computer (PC) skills such as using a mouse, navigating through windows, and surfing the internet, and some Microsoft Outlook experience will be helpful. |
