| | Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac is Microsoft’s newest iteration of the popular Office suite for Mac OS. It replaces Office 2008 for Mac, and is a major departure from that suite in terms of user interface. Microsoft makes the Mac version of Office more similar in form and function to its current PC offering, Office 2010. Office 2011 for Mac consists of the following: Word 2011, Excel 2011, PowerPoint 2011, and Outlook 2011. In addition, the new suite includes a number of new tools including Microsoft 2011 Document Connection. This one-hour session provides you with an overview of the various components of Office 2011, as well as some of the new features and capabilities of Microsoft’s newest Mac office suite. |

| | Microsoft Office Outlook 2011 for Mac is Microsoft’s newest email and collaboration application for the Mac OS platform. As an integral part of Office 2011 for Mac, Outlook replaces Entourage. Outlook 2011 for Mac is a major change from Entourage, as Microsoft has striven to create an application which more closely mirrors Outlook 2010 for PC. Outlook users will now more easily be able to work between the two applications.
