	Summer 2009 Tuition Liability Schedule Tuition Liability. Financial liability for courses from which you withdraw applies depending on the length of the course and the date on which you withdrew. TUITION DATES AND DEADLINES FOR SUMMER 2009   Session I Session II Session III Last day to drop a course and receive a 100% refund June 1 July 12* June 1 Last day to drop a course and receive a 50% refund NA NA June 8 Last day to drop a course and receive a 30% refund NA NA June 15 Last day to drop a course and receive a 25% refund June 8 July 19* NA FIRST DAY OF 0% REFUND JUNE 9 JULY 20 JUNE 16  *Please note this date falls on a Sunday, and the Summer Sessions Office is closed that day.  If you choose to drop a course in Session II and wish to do so before tuition liability changes from 0% to 25%, you should contact the Office of Summer Sessions on Friday July 10 in person or by fax , or from 25% to 100%, you should contact the Office of Summer Sessions on Friday July 17 in  person at 135 Netzer Administration or by fax at 607-436-3084.  We must have written notification that you wish to drop a course.
