3/12/2013 - Student Essay Competition

This year the CSSR will host its annual student paper competition. The theme this year is "Glocalization," or the intersection of the global with the local. Topics can include discussions of political, economic, and cultural processes.

There are two categories in the competition, one for the long essay (6-15 pages) and one for the short essay (5 pages or less). The deadline for submission is April 12, 2013. A panel of judges will determine the best in each category.
