Calendar Committee

The Calendar Committee shall be a joint Faculty-Administration Calendar Committee:

Its membership shall be composed of the President of the College, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Presiding Officer of the Faculty, the Faculty Senator, the President of the Student Association and the chairs from each of the Standing Faculty Committees.
The President of the College or his/her designee shall serve as chair.
It shall meet at least once a year, and timely draft minutes shall be kept and distributed to the Faculty-at-large.
It shall establish the local College calendar with the academic interest of the students in mind.
