conduct elections for Standing Faculty Committee memberships, Presiding Officer of the Faculty, Alternate Presiding Officer of the Faculty, Secretary of the Faculty, and other committee or subcommittee memberships as determined by the President of the College or Presiding Officer of the Faculty. Requests for nominations from the faculty no shall occur no later than March 15^th of each year. Elections shall be completed no later than April 15^th of each year. Voting shall be by secret ballot;
keep records of Faculty service in elected positions.
