be concerned with policies, programs, issues, and services that affect the quality of student life and the campus environment of the State University of New York College at Oneonta;
make recommendations concerning student life policies; and
consist of five Faculty members elected by the Faculty-at-large, an ex-officio non-voting member chosen from the Student Development Division staff by the Vice President for Student Development, and five student representatives designated by the Student Senate and confirmed by the College Senate.
