  Phobia and Anxiety Disorders Clinic, SUNY-Albany
  1981-1982 - Post-doctoral position involved participation in all phases of outcome studies on behavioral treatments of anxiety disorders.  Duties included the development of assessment packages, data collection and management, and administration.  Specific projects included the development of a therapist manual for the cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety, and the development and validation of a structured diagnostic interview.

      Current Interests: Nature and etiology of anxiety disorders.  Previous research focused on the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of anxiety disorders.  Specific research projects have included development of a structured interview; behavioral and physiological correlates of panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, simple phobia, and test anxiety. Most recent work has focused on the relationship between anxiety and susceptibility to motion sickness.
