PRE-OPTOMETRY
The courses required for admission to the nineteen optometry schools in the United States vary slightly from school to school. Completion of the courses listed below will satisfy the admission requirements at the three optometry schools in the northeastern states: SUNY-Optometry, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and New England College of Optometry. Completion of these courses will also satisfy the course admission requirements at the majority, but not all of the remaining optometry schools. For information about the admission requirements at a specific school, contact the school or see Dr. Armstrong.
