The Fine Arts Center is the hub of music study. Facilities include over 40 Steinway and Baldwin grand and studio pianos, a Yamaha Disklavier and Clavinova, a 16-station digital keyboard/theory/MIDI lab, individual practice rooms, teaching studios, rehearsal rooms for large and small ensembles, modern classrooms with excellent sound systems, and a music industry library/listening/computer center. Our digital recording studio provides state-of-the-art equipment for all recording activities. The Department's computing facilities are integrated with students' own workstations in the Extended Music Laboratory. Concerts are presented in the William Cole Recital Hall, Goodrich Theatre, Hamblin Arena Theatre and the Hunt Union Ballroom.

Oneonta State students learn recording from hands-on experience with the finest in digital and analog equipment. Projects are done in the Recording Studio and a 16-station MIDI lab.
