| “Neighborhood Asia”
There is a reason why the country is known as “Dynamic Korea” - with its superlative technology, research and development, Korea has become globally respected with businesses such as Samsung, LG, and Hyundai. |
Location and Demographics
The campus is strategically located in Korea – just 1.5 hours by train to Seoul. Although the city does not have an airport, it is fully connected to its country by way of its labyrinth of convenient subway, bus, and KTX train transit systems which is reliable and convenient. SolBridge is walking distance to the KTX station and local attractions. Daejon is one of the largest cities in South Korea, just southwest of Seoul and is a powerhouse for the healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing industries. The city is known for a very low crime rate, its friendly people, intriguing museums, hot springs, historical sites, and Buddhist temples. Marketed as “The Slowest City in Asia,” the city is extremely friendly and the pace is much slower than Seoul yet is a prominent force in Korea’s success with major companies such as Dong-A Manufacturing.
