INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT APPLICATION FORM Admission is competitive and is based on space availability. Early applications get priority consideration. Application Checklist - All international students must submit the following: ___ 1. An accurate, complete & signed Application Form ___ 2. $40.00 Non-refundable Application Fee (NO CASH) (International check or Money order made payable to “Applications Services Center”) ___ 3. Original, Certified Financial Statement & Documentation (Translated in US Dollars) ___ 4. Academic Records (certified originals & certified English translations) ___ 5. English Test Score (TOEFL or IELTS) no older than 1 year ___ 6. Autobiographical Essay (1 page) written by yourself ___ 7. 3 Letters of Recommendation (at least 2 references MUST be academic) ___ 8. Clear Copy of Passport Photo Page (and Visa), if you already posses one ___ 9. English Language Proficiency Form (Evaluated by an instructor of English) ___ 10. Credential Evaluation of non US post secondary school (WES), if attended (www.wes.org)
