Served Thursday, November 17th at noon in Room 143 of the Human Ecology Building

Mixed greens, 3 dressings (Ranch, Green Goddess and Walnut vinaigrette), fresh vegetables
and
Brown Rice Salad with Dates and Oranges

Soups:
White Bean with Sausage
and
Potato Leek

Entree:
Grilled Tuna Nicoise served with French potato salad and fresh green beans
and
Farmhouse White Bread

Dessert:
Peach Raspberry Crisp
or
Chocolate Turnovers with an Orange Custard sauce
fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream is available upon request for either dessert
