Served Thursday, November 10th at noon in Room 143 of the newly renovated Human Ecology Building

Warm breezes off of the Mediterranean mix with the aromas of fresh herbs and French farmhouse cooking

Salad Bar includes:
Mixed greens, 3 dressings (Ranch, Roasted Red Pepper and Chunky Blue cheese vinaigrette), fresh vegetables
and
Penne Salad with Black Olives and Feta

Soups (available at the Salad Bar):
Roasted Potato Fennel
and
Provencal Vegetable

Entree:
Filet of Beef Bourguignon
and
Vienna rolls

Dessert:
Croissant Bread Pudding
or
Chocolate Caramel Truffles

fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream is available upon request for either dessert

Beverages:
Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Lemonade, Iced tea, Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hot tea
