Fall Festival

Served Thursday, October 20th at noon in Room 143 of the newly renovated Human Ecology Building

A savory selection that celebrates the flavors of fall

Salad Bar includes:
Mixed greens, 3 dressings (Ranch, Creamy caraway and Basil chive vinaigrette), fresh vegetables and
Tortellini Salad

Soups (available at the Salad Bar):
Split Pea
and
Rosemary white bean

Entree:
Baked ham with a mustard chutney glaze served with roasted baby pumpkins and homemade applesauce and steamed broccoli
and
Fresh made biscuits

Dessert:
Chocolate éclairs
or
Pecan squares

fresh whipped cream is available upon request for either dessert

Beverages:
Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Lemonade, Iced tea, Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hot tea
