Soups (available at the Salad Bar):
Stracciatella ~ a chicken soup with Parmesan and egg
and
Roasted Tomato & Basil

Entree:
Chicken piccata served with caramelized butternut squash and green beans almandine
and
Rosemary Focaccia

Chocolate Pecan pie
