This Handbook has been developed for undergraduate students. This information is intended to supplement other College Publications that contain official policies and procedures. Students should read and become thoroughly familiar with the content of the current editions of all pertinent College publications such as:

The SUNY College at Oneonta is the place to be! The College is:

Celebrating the reopening of the Human Ecology Building. This totally renovated facility includes state-of-the art classrooms and spaces dedicated to food science, quantity food production and service, Computer Assisted Design and student meetings.

Celebrating the opening of the Alumni Field House. The new 92,000 square-foot facility, the largest venue of its kind on the I-88 corridor, expands the range of educational and recreational opportunities for the College and the community.

Emerging as a college of first choice. In recent years, freshman applications to the College have increased dramatically.

Engaging students to complete their college education. Through a multi-faceted, campus-wide effort to support students as they work for their degrees, the College has increased the number of students who return to school.

Preparing students for their technological future. The College's Universal Computer Access for Students program ensures that all entering students have access to computers. With information technology becoming even more critical to today's curriculum and tomorrow's workplace, the College has established itself as a technological leader in SUNY.
