| As
part of the 10 million dollar renovation of the Human Ecology
building a fully equipped commercial food prodcution lab was
installed. This lab is used primarily for Foodservice and Restaurant
Administration and Dietetics courses. The lab is located next
to the Food Presenation Room where students serve meals to patrons
of the Catered Luncheon Series each fall semester. |
