Foodservice and Restaurant Administration

 

The hospitality industry is one of the largest employers in the United States. As Americans dine out and travel more frequently the demand for qualified food service and hospitality management professionals grows.

Food Service and Restaurant Administration majors have numerous employment opportunities in the rapidly growing field of hospitality management. Careers include restaurant management, hotel front desk and foodservice operations, the resort and cruise ship industries, catering and banquet operations, event and wedding planning, institutional/contract foodservice, sales, purchasing, corporate management, etc.
