For those seeking accommodation in the Oneonta area, we have arranged budget accommodation in dorm rooms in Denison Hall, a wing of our main conference center, Morris Hall, of the SUNY Oneonta Campus. Denison Hall is quiet and not part of a main dorm complex. Rates are $50/single room and $65 for a double room ($32.50/person). Linens do come with the room (beds are made up, towels, wash cloth, and hand towel). If you are interested, please contact Donna Toombs directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state you are attending the Phi Alpha Theta conference and let her know if you seek one or two nights’ accommodation.
For those seeking other accommodation, Oneonta has a variety of hotels, including the Marriott at $152 per night and the Hampton Inn at 179 per night. The weekend of April 28/29/30 is part of peak season in Oneonta and so we recommend reserving rooms sooner, rather than later, especially if you are seeking reservations at hotels, rather than the Oneonta dorm rooms. These hotels have not allowed us to book as a conference so if you are interested, you need to book over the phone or through a booking agent such as booking.com, priceline, etc.
