  • Isa Ellis received a well-respected ACT (SUNY Association for College Councils and Trustees) Award for Student Initiative for her "Virtual Volunteering" project.
     

  • Alex Lopéz, a junior, won the "Against all Odds Award," which is presented annually to a student who has overcome great adversity and challenges to become a leader in serving the community. 
     

  • The Center won the "Into the Streets Award," which goes to a campus that demonstrates outstanding leadership in recruiting new students into community service.   The Center also won the "Teaming Up Award," which is presented to a campus program that demonstrates exceptional leadership in building strong collaborative relations among students, administrators, faculty, and the community. 
     

  • The SUNY-Oneonta AmeriCorps program won the "Getting Things Done Award," which is given to the program that shared the best example of incorporating qualitative or quantitative assessment of the program's positive impact for communities.
