The instructor will guide you to move from one pose to another on an inhale or exhale. This class is not just stretching, but movement that works on strength building and stretching. Class concludes with a deep final relaxation. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, water and avoid eating prior to each class. Practicing barefoot is preferred. All levels of experience are welcome.
This is a 9 week class.
