This course can now be taken either on-line or at
SUNY Oneonta campus.
6 HOUR DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE
Taking the course can:

Lower your collision and liability insurance by a minimum of
10% for
three years
on vehicles which you are principal operator

Reduction of up to four points on your driving record

Improve your driving proficiency
-
Learn accident prevention skills
This DMV approved
course offered through the National Safety Council will enable you to
improve your safe driving skills.
The online course is offered by the National Safety Council and you will need to follow the link below to register for the class. The cost is $44.95. There is a $5.00 discount for enrolling through our website. Enter '339' in the referral code box once you add the course to your cart.

The classroom course is offered on SUNY Oneonta's campus every month except July. The cost is $35.00 for non- SUNY Oneonta students and $25.00 for SUNY Oneonta students. Please see the schedule below.
