All life long learners must apply to take courses by filling out a non-degree application and submitting it with any official transcripts from previous institutions, a copy of high school transcript or copy of GED to the Office of Continuing Education, 135 Netzer Admin. Building, Oneonta, NY 13820. Students must be in good academic standing at previous institution to be eligible for non-degree admission.

Life long learners may take courses for which they meet the prerequisites. They may take no more that 24 credit hours, unless given special permission.

Life long learners do not intend on ever receiving a degree from the College at Oneonta.
