YOGA WITH VALERIE

 

VINYASA YOGA

The instructor will guide you to move from one pose to another on an inhale or exhale. This class is not just stretching, but movement that works on strength building and stretching. Class concludes with a deep final relaxation. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, water and avoid eating prior to each class. Practicing barefoot is preferred. All levels of experience are welcome. This is a 10 week class.
Fee: $80.00 / Max: 25 students

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga helps build awareness of your body and mind while gently stretching and strengthening. Hatha is a slow-paced and gentle Yoga that provides a basic introduction to Yoga poses. Please do not wear any perfumes or scented lotions as some people are very sensitive to these. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, water and avoid eating prior to each class. Practicing barefoot is preferred. This is a 10 week class.
Fee: $70.00 / Max: 15 students
