Assistant professor of Africana & Latino Studies (and also Women's and Gender Studies), received her B.A from Rutgers University in Puerto Rican and Hispanic Caribbean Studies and American Literature. Her M.A. and Ph.D. are from University of California - Berkeley in Ethnic Studies and Women's Studies. She has published a number of articles in journals and anthologies; currently she is working on a book on Cuban tourism and sex work during the decade of the 1990s. [email] |
