He has won numerous regional, national, and international awards, including 4 Tellies, a Proclaim (Gabriel), a Chris, 3 FPRA's, Addy Gold, NAAEE Film and Video Award, and "Best Documentary Award" from the Colorado Broadcasters Association.

 

Professional Interests:

  • Working on Two International projects. One involves the baby trade in Cambodia, and the other is of the ongoing peace process in Northern Ireland.
  • Working on Two National Projects centering around the late, great American folk artist, Gamble Rogers, and also the late folk heroes, Sis Cunningham and Gordon Freisen.

Hobbies and Personal Interests:

  • Has a great love for early American folk and blues... has a great love for most music.
  • Plays around with the guitar, banjo, and a few other instruments.
  • Enjoys watching new documentaries and classic films from the 30's and 40's.
  • If he could, he would travel the world nine months out of the year.
