BFS research is summarized in Occasional Papers, Annual Reports, Technical Reports and in refereed scientific journals.

  • Occasional papers are lengthy reports not appropriately publishable in annual reports. 
  • Annual reports summarize the research undertaken by faculty, staff, students, interns, and volunteers at the BFS each year. 
  • Technical reports are studies undertaken in our role as environmental consultants.
